When you think of Christmas sounds, what comes to your mind… Christmas carols, jingle bells, crowded malls, laughter????
Thanksgiving can get lost in the noise of family gatherings, travel, Black Friday, and the lead up to Christmas. This season, I would encourage you to take the opportunity to teach your children ways to show gratitude.
With the holiday season approaching, the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving are a great time to teach your children to practice gratitude.
While I do not think there is a perfect way to celebrate Halloween, I believe that we can take the opportunity of a broken holiday to be generous, love our neighbors, and ultimately share the gospel. Here are three ways that Christian parents can redeem Halloween for their kids. - Caroline Spears

Lord, we pray that you would grant us wisdom and discernment that causes us to trust you with all of our hearts as we rear and influence the children you’ve given us. Help us not to depend on our own understanding, but to acknowledge you in everything, so that we may hear your clear direction, believe in your love for us, and rest in the finished work of Christ.
